1. Do I need to have an account to order?
No, you can also place an order as a guest. Although, there are some benefits
if you have an account with us:

Easily view your order status and order history
Receive updates detailing our new releases and special promotions
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX) and
PayPal payments.
3. How secure is my online order?
When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information
is entered into an SSL secure web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted
and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and
transaction is authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not
stored on our servers.
4. Are there any exchange rates?
All of our international transactions are based in US Dollars. If your credit
card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated in
accordance with the daily exchange rate of the date your card issuer processes
the transaction.
5. How do I set my shipping address?
Since our website and service are based on English, all the information
that you type in is preferred to be in English language input method, including
punctuations. If certain letters of your address contain non-English letters,
you are advised to use the similar English ones instead.
6. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Please be advised that your shipping address cannot be revised after the order
has been processed or shipped. Kindly update your shipping address to your
residential address instead of your vocational address as we do not know how
long the destination's customs department will have the package on hold.
7. How long does shipping take & how can I track my package?
The delivery time is based on the shipping option that you have chosen.
Once the order has shipped, we will email your tracking number and tracking
website provided you have chosen a courier facility with tracking. We are not
responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
8. What do I do if I have a missing items in my order?
If something is still missing, please contact us immediately at info@mahavirgems.in
9. What if I am not home at the time of order delivery?
Our logistics vendors, will make a total of 3 attempts to deliver at your given delivery address. So, if you miss your delivery on first attempt you can always grab it at second or third.
10. If I am not home, can anyone else receive the order?
In case the person who placed the order is not available at the delivery address, any person available at the delivery address (residential or otherwise) can receive the Products. This will be considered as order delivered.
11. Do you deliver to all cities?
We currently deliver to all major Cities in India.
12. What is the estimated shipping time? How will I know when the order is shipped?
With every order, you will receive an email containing the details of the order placed by you. Once we ship the item(s), you will receive another email containing the shipping details. Usually, it takes about 3-4 business days for the products to be shipped.
13. Once the order is made, can the order be cancelled?
The order placed by the Customer /Guest can be cancelled
only before the order is shipped. The amount will be refunded to you in the
form of coupon code or store credit within 15 days.
For orders that have already been shipped, there will be no refunds made except for damage of packaging, and wrong product shipped. Please refer our "Cancellation and Returns Policy" for further details.
14. What about any hidden costs (GST, octroi etc.)?
GST is charged on the order which you will have a chance to review in your Shopping Cart. We do not charge any other additional charges.
15. Does Mahavir Gems deliver internationally?
Mahavir Gems doesn't deliver items internationally. You are more than welcome to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world, but you'll have to ensure the Delivery Address is within India.
16. Who bears the postal charges for the goods returned?
The return request has to be made within 3(three) days from the date of delivery. The Customer has to return the product to the Mahavir Gems official address at their own cost. On receiving the product at Mahavir Gems official address, the approval of the returns will be made by Mahavir Gems. Upon approval of the returns, a store credit or coupon code, whichever applicable, will be shared with the Account Holder /Guest. The store credit or coupon code will include the shipping cost incurred by the Account Holder/Guest for return of shipping of the Mahavir Gems product. 17. In case what you have received differs from what you have ordered, how can we return the Product?
We do have very rigorous checks in place during our dispatch process but at times a few hitches might go unnoticed. In case of wrong product shipped you can go on e-commerce website and request to return the product. For more information, please refer our "Cancellation and Returns Policy" section.
18. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
The order once placed cannot be cancelled after it has been
shipped. In case of cancellations, the amount will be refunded to you in the
form of coupon code or store credit within 7 to 10 business days.
